Manpower Loan Program

Membership Benefits

There are times when a contractor is in need of additional manpower for a temporary period of time. It may be for that special job you've just contracted for and find you needed some addtional hands to ensure timely completion of the job.

There is also a time when you have manpower that is not being utilized for a temporary period of time but you don't want to lay them off and let them go...

That's when the IEC Dallas Manpower Loan program comes to the rescue.

This program will allow you to borrow labor from a fellow IEC contractor member...or loan out an employee or employees that you need to keep busy for a while due to future job start..and temporary work slow down.

To participate in this program, you must be a member of IEC Dallas and sign the Manpower Loan Agreement.
