CLICK HERE to reserve your Graduation tickets.
To secure your graduation tickets, please ensure you've filled out the necessary form "Family Tickets" indicating the number of tickets required. Note that previous form (when requesting your attendance, height, etc.) submissions did not reserve seats. You will receive a notification email confirming your ticket reservations once processed. There is no cost for tickets.
Your ticket confirmation will get your family access to the event.
what time do graduates need to arrive?
Graduates need to arrive dressed, no later than 6:00PM
The rehearsal will commence promptly at 6:30PM, followed by a group photo.
when and where do graduates pick up their cap & gown?
Caps, gowns, and regalia will be available for pick-up at the IEC Office during the week of May 13th to May 20th. Upon arrival at the venue, please ensure that you are dressed in a properly pressed gown.
WHAT SHOULD GRADUATES WEAR UNDER THEIR GOWN?
Graduates should avoid wearing casual attire such as jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops, or sneakers underneath their gown. Instead, opt for more formal clothing such as dress slacks, a button-up shirt, a tie (for men), or a dress, skirt, or dress pants paired with a blouse (for women). Additionally, choose appropriate footwear such as dress shoes or flats. This attire ensures a polished and professional appearance for the graduation ceremony.
is there designated seating for graduates?
Yes, all graduates will be seated together at the front of the auditorium in a designated area.

WHAT STONE CUTS ARE AVAILABLE?
FACET - Stones with "cuts" producing flat surfaces on top and bottom. (An example, most diamonds have these "cuts" or facets on top.)
SMOOTH - The surface of the stone is buff or smooth.
SUNBURST - Special “sunray” facets at the bottom let you rock your radiance.
ENCRUSTING - Old English Letter, Special Emblems. Stones must be smooth cut.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT METAL CHOICES?
Yellow Gold: Because of its durability and lasting value over time, gold is a wise investment. Gold has been the standard for jewelry for over 4000 years.
White Gold: Has the same lasting qualities and value as yellow gold, but different metal.
Metal Purities: 14K: 58.5% pure gold, 41.5% metal allow 10K: 41.7% pure gold, 58.3% metal allow
Lustrium® - A non-precious metal alloy that is silver in color. It is a hard metal and fairly durable, but does not have the same value and characteristics as gold. Lustrium® will react to oxygen and thus may require additional care and cleaning.
Questra - Same characteristics as Lustrium®, but yellow in color because of coating with 23 karat yellow gold.
WHAT IS ON EACH SIDE OF THE RING?
One side of the ring will be a have Dallas, a lightning bolts, and 20, the other side will have Electrician, the same design and with the year 24.
