3 SMS Consent

SMS consent applies only to communications from IEC Dallas and to the specific SMS communication category selected during the opt-in process.

When consent is collected through a web form, Marketing SMS consent is presented separately from Transactional SMS consent and from other form consents. SMS consent checkboxes are optional and are not pre-selected.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of admission, enrollment, employment, or purchase.

4 Message Frequency and Data Rates
