​IEC Dallas is proud to be a part of an effort to attract women to our industry.

The Apprenticeship program currently enjoys having women participate in the four year program...and have graduated some outstanding women into our industry through the Apprenticeship and Training program.

IEC encourages the participation of women in construction by asking female applicants to apply for IEC apprenticeship training at local IEC Chapter offices nation-wide.​
